North Sea Workers Wages On The Increase

North Sea Wages on the Increase

It has been reported that wages for employees in the North Sea oil and gas sector are increasing sharply. The reason for the wage increases seems to be a skills shortage in the industry. At a time when many industries are experiencing downward trends in wages and prospects the oil and gas industry is exhibiting considerable growth. The wage rises have though led some employers to raise concerns that the cost of operations may become too expensive.
